2. Product Information
The essential characteristics of the product subject to the order, its VAT-inclusive sales price, quantity and total amount are set out in the order summary. Prices are valid as of the order date.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payment is collected via the secure payment infrastructure on the site. The product is delivered to the address specified by the BUYER via the contracted courier. The legal delivery period is a maximum of 30 days.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. Perfume products whose packaging/seal has been opened and which are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons are subject to the exception to the right of withdrawal (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15).
