1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you may withdraw from your order within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to you, without providing any justification and without paying any penalty.
2. How to Exercise Withdrawal
- Within 14 days, send your withdrawal notice to info@mrokayparfum.com or to our contact channels.
- We send you the confirmation and the return address.
- Send the product together with its invoice and packaging within 10 days at the latest after the notice.
3. After the Return
Once the product reaches us and its compliance with the conditions is verified, your payment is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.
4. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Hygiene)
Perfume products are among the products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose packaging/seal/wrapping has been opened. Products whose packaging has not been opened are not subject to this exception.
5. Defective Product
If the product arrives defective, faulty or incomplete, the shipping cost is borne by us; a free return code is provided.
