Article 1 — Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement has been established electronically, in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between the SELLER whose details are set out below and the BUYER who places an order via https://mrokayparfum.com.

BUYER: The person who enters their name, address, phone and e-mail information on the site during the order and who approves this agreement electronically.
Article 2 — Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product whose characteristics and sales price are specified in the order summary, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website.
Article 3 — Product Subject to the Agreement and Payment
The type and quantity of the product, the VAT-inclusive sales price, the method of payment and the delivery details are as specified in the order summary. Payment is made through the secure payment infrastructure provided on the site.
Article 4 — Delivery
The product is shipped to the delivery address specified by the BUYER via the contracted courier company. For shipping and delivery conditions, please see the "Shipping and Delivery" page.
Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product, without providing any justification. For the exercise of the right of withdrawal and its exceptions, please see the "Cancellation, Return and Right of Withdrawal" page. Due to hygiene rules, perfume products whose packaging/seal has been opened may fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
Article 6 — Disputes
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 7 — Entry into Force
By confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
